Valentines Day Deliveries

For guaranteed Valentine’s Day delivery orders must be received by 9am Saturday 14th February.
Orders received after this may be delivered on the 16th or 17th of February without further notice depending on flower stock available.

At Puttsgreen Florist we personally deliver Monday to Saturday to following TOWNSHIPS: Kaeo, Kawakawa , Moerewa, Ohaewai, Okaihau, Opito Bay, Opua, Oramahoe, Paihia, Pakaraka, Takou Bay, Waimate North, Waipapa (and of course Kerikeri township and Kerikeri rural) - Delivery to these areas is $15.00

KERIKERI TOWNSHIP and KERIKERI RURAL (including Waipapa) 2pm for same day delivery and 10am for Saturday delivery.
OTHER AREAS listed above 11am for same day delivery and 10am Saturday

We can also arrange a courier to deliver items to Kaikohe, Russell, Matauri Bay, Whangaroa, Totara North, Hihi, Please contact us to arrange as costs and deadlines vary depending on the location. These areas are not covered by our standard personal delivery. Outer rural addresses will be overnight delivery.

Orders received after cut off times will be delivered next day. (Excluding Sunday).

As a member of Interflora we can organise flowers any where in New Zealand and around the world.

Unless otherwise noted items pictured depict the large price category.
Price determines the number and quality of blooms.

We attempt to make the finished product as close as possible to pictured style. However despite all our trying we cannot control seasons or the weather! So please note finished product may vary slightly due to availability of flower and colour levels in store.

On the very rare chance that something goes wrong with your order and it’s a fault of ours – we guarantee to make it right for you. Each situation is unique and we will work with you to come to a reasonable and fair solution for both of us.

We operate our business under New Zealand Consumer Protection Law. Once you have placed an order with us and transaction of funds has been made, the sale is final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind / change of situation. We can offer a store credit which expires after 1 year. If for example, you find out that your recipient will be out of town or away on holiday for the date you have selected, we can deliver it on a day they will be back, or we can hold the value as a store credit for you. Any refunds in this situation will be at the discretion of Puttsgreen Florist.

If a refund is being made due to the customer not checking the delivery area WE COVER and payment was made by Paypal, the customer will be refunded less the Paypal fee of 4% which is non refundable by Paypal.
